These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and online store (collectively, the "Platform"), as well as any purchase you make from us.

By accessing our Platform, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

2. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Product Information

3.1 Nature of Products All jewellery sold by Artistry Jewellery is imitation/fashion jewellery, made using materials such as alloy, brass, artificial stones, cubic zirconia, glass, beads, and plated metals (including gold-plated, silver-plated, or rhodium-plated finishes), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our products do not contain genuine precious metals (gold, silver, platinum) or genuine gemstones/diamonds, unless a specific product is clearly labeled as such.

3.2 Product Descriptions We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications displayed on our Platform are accurate. However:

• Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen resolution, or display settings of your device.
• Handcrafted or handmade items may have minor variations in design, size, or finish, which are natural characteristics of such products and not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Plating and Durability Plated jewellery (gold-plated, silver-plated, etc.) may experience natural wear, tarnishing, or fading over time depending on usage, exposure to moisture, perfumes, chemicals, and storage conditions. We recommend following our care instructions to maximize the life of your jewellery. Such natural wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices listed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as indicated at checkout.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4.3 We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, where available.

4.4 In the event of a pricing error due to a technical glitch or typographical mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if payment has been processed.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

5.1 An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation via email/SMS or through the Platform.

5.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the specified address.

5.3 Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled by the customer provided the item has not already been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 We ship across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout and may vary based on your location.

6.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6.4 It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Replacements and Refunds

7.1 We accept replacements/refunds requests 48hrs of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Products marked as "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return.
• Earrings and other products related to personal hygiene may not be eligible for refund/replacement due to health and hygiene reasons, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• Opening video must be provided with reason for refund/replacement

7.2 To initiate a return, please contact us at support.artistryjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within the specified window.

7.3 Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

7.4 We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.

7.5 In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please notify us within 48hrs of delivery along with evidence in the form of an opening video, and we will offer a replacement, or refund as applicable.

8. Product Care Disclaimer

Imitation jewellery requires proper care to maintain its appearance. We recommend:

• Avoiding contact with water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals.
• Storing jewellery in a dry place, preferably in an airtight pouch or box.
• Removing jewellery before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

Damage resulting from improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty, return, or exchange policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to the Artistry Jewellery name, logo, product images, designs, graphics, text, and layout, is the intellectual property of Artistry Jewellery and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
